Rapid loss of glacial ice worldwide indicates the effects of present anthropogenic climate change. As glacial ice melts, glacial crevasses form causing increased rates of decreases in ice volume. This fine arts, woven blanket piece is inspired by glacial crevasse imagery and concept. Woven on a 12-harness floor loom, straight-draw tie-up with a spaced warp. Consists of various twills and plain weave.
